Rayon Digital conducts business out of Australia - but our services can be used globally. All aspects of our services are governed by the internal laws of Australia, regardless of your location. Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include names, email addresses, avatars and profile pictures. Depending on how you use our services you may provide other personal information - through data you save against your account or workspace.
The primary purpose of collecting this Personal Information is to provide services to you, store data you have explicitly saved through our product and to share this information with others that you have explicitly shared the data to. All Personal Information we obtain is provided to us from you or 3rd party services you have linked our services to.
We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

We may provide the option to register or link your account details with your existing social account details (e.g. Google, Facebook, Microsoft). If you choose to share this data with us, then we will collect the information given to use from these services. This information includes your name, email, and profile picture.
Depending on how you use our services you may store information that you have contributed. Contributed Data may be customer names, customer details, text, comments, files, images, links and forms. This information may be sensitive or contain personal information. You may also upload, attach, share and link data from other third party services. It is reasonable to expect that as you have explicitly entered this Contributed Data that you have consented for it to be stored by us in a safe and secure manner.
We will not use or access any Contributed Data - only unless we are retrieving the data to display to you - or someone you have shared it with. This user Contributed Data will be treated as sensitive information and will not be shared with any third party. You can request to have all of your information permanently removed by contacting [email protected].
Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances, we may be provided with information by third parties. In such a case we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us by the third party.

We use cloud providers (such as AWS, Azure, Google and Cloudflare) to store data. We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical security measures to protect this information.
Despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no transmission over the internet or cloud provider can be 100% secure, so we cannot promise that any unauthorized parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access or steal your information. Although we will do our best to protect any information/data you provide to us transmission of any information/data to our Services is at your own risk.
When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which we will keep for a minimum of 3 years. Our systems purge and destroy dormant or old data after 3 years.
You should only access our services within a secure environment.
Data is stored by cloud providers (such as AWS, Azure, Google and Cloudflare) in the following countries - Australia and USA. You cannot make changes to where your information is stored. We cannot be held responsible for any breach of data stored.
You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. Please contact us in writing if you wish to access your Personal Information.
Rayon will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete, and up to date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.

We do not collect information from children under the age of 16 years. Our services are not designed for or directed to children under the age of 16. Children should not use our services without using the personal information of an accompanying adult.
